As a member of the education team, the incumbent partners with the curriculum team members, the faculty and the educational technology team to coordinate curriculum for in-person and online classes. This position provides direct support for required academic and clinical courses in the School of Nursing graduate programs. Specifically, the position works as part of the curriculum team to support the Instructors of Record (IORs), teaching faculty, Curriculum Manager, Academic Coordinator, and other School of Nursing staff in all aspects of course implementation, development, and execution. Tasks include but are not limited to, prepping and updating learning management system, posting videos, course content and announcements, and prepping syllabi and course content for faculty.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing complex programs and/or processes.
- Experience improving educational program efficiency and effectiveness preferred.
- Experience refining and implementing program policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess program needs, recognize opportunities, and to develop and monitor project timelines for course implementation.
- Demonstrated effective listening and communication skills to meet project goals with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience to assess present and future needs, and to participate in project planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address unique problems without precedent and/or structure.
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems with a high degree of autonomy.
- Demonstrated outstanding typing and computer skills.
- Experience to produce high quality work using software programs such as Microsoft Word and its advanced features, Excel, Access, Internet Browser, HTML editors, Acrobat, and Photoshop preferred.
- Demonstrated technical skills to provide basic troubleshooting support for computer and other standard electronic equipment used in teaching and testing circumstances.
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills to communicate in a pleasant, tactful, and effective manner and to relay information accurately.
- Must be sensitive to highly confidential information to maintain strict confidentiality.
