Location: Leesburg, VA
Pay Range: $32-$37/hour on W2
What's the Job?

Our client, a leader in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Critical Environment Support Assistant to join their team. As a Critical Environment Support Assistant, you will be part of the Environmental Services Department, supporting the Critical Environment and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Sort waste streams into recyclables and landfill categories.
• Ensure waste bins are properly labeled, clean, and easily accessible.
• Monitor and report on waste generation and diversion rates.
• Coordinate with waste haulers, vendors, and internal teams for accurate waste pickup and delivery.
• Assist in other tasks as needed to support the Critical Environment and Logistics Teams.

What's Needed?

• Experience in waste management with a strong commitment to sustainability.
• Ability to conduct waste audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
