AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The SMGS AWS Partner Organization (APO) Enablement Shared Services (ESS) organization was formed January 1, 2024 with the mission to deliver long term revenue growth for AWS teams, our partners and their customers by applying knowledge, skills, tools, and resources through scalable mechanisms.
The ESS xAGI Partner Enablement Mgr is a new function. They will function as a global single threaded leader (STL) owning governance and strategy approach for partner related enablement across top prioritized AWS Growth Initiatives (AGIs). While this is an individual contributor role with no hard line direct reports planned in the near future, governance across a large number of dotted line enablement builders in all geographies will be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
