Custome Account Representative

A customer is seeking a fully remote Customer Account Representative.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal customers. Ensure all requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with a high level of customer service.
- Oversee daily collection of outstanding AR, including:
- Updating system statuses
- Entering detailed notes on customer contact and unidentified cash postings
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries
- Promoting electronic payment options
- This position can pay between $30-$35/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, banking, real estate accounting, or a customer service role closely related to these areas.
- Proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Collections or AR experience
