Customer Care Coordinator- HYBRID schedule

Stable and growing company located in Vernon Hills is seeking a Customer Care Account Specialist who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their team! Positive attitude, excellent customer service skill and order entry experience. HYBRID schedule! This role is moving fast!

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Compensation: $21-23/hr (based on experience)

Job Description:

• receive, review, and enter incoming customer purchase orders, return requests, credits, and debits in an accurate and timely manner.
• verify and make corrections as necessary to order to ensure accurate information on to order specifications.
• build and maintain strong business relationships and customer loyalty by gaining trust through prompt follow up and accurate service.
• accurately collect and process information for inquiries, orders, billings, and returns
• performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of order entry & account management experience
• exposure to an ERP system
