Insight Global is looking for a Customer Care Director to join a growing textile organization. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of up to 5 Customer Care Specialists that assists with inbound customer issues. A qualified individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and is able to work hands-on.
- Please note that this individual must work 5 days onsite in Wynwood, Florida

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ Years of customer care leadership experience in a retail environment
- Zendesk experience, specifically with tickets, reporting, and analytics
- Ability to provide excellent customer service via phone and chat
- Excellent experience working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic and analytical background

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience working with software such as Shopify, Gorgias, Paylocity, etc.
- Textile industry background

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
