Responsibilities
Oversee the operational effectiveness of assigned facility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies related to the assigned facility.
- Ensure that facility is in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
- Monitor care delivery to determine changes that may be needed to improve outcomes and service standards.
- Review data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Direct and coordinate activities of all medical, nursing and administrative staff and services.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those year
being in leadership/management.
