  • Schedule Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
  • The Lead Customer Service role is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assessing needs of customers, providing specific information and assistance, and ensuring that customers' needs are met. Serves as a vital first contact for patients, visitors, or others throughout the organization.
