Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Project Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and project management skills to ensure seamless communication and coordination across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
