Up to $24.00/hour DOE

M-F onsite

Position: The Customer Service Rep will m aintain and enhance customer relationships by responding to inquiries, providing information and price quotes, responding to requests, resolving problems. Receives and processes incoming orders for goods and services.

Duties:

• Responsible for all customer Ship To sites.
• Verifies customer and order information for accuracy, checking it against Purchase Orders and previously obtained information, as necessary. Requests corrections from customers as needed for accuracy and pricing.
• Obtains customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enters this information into the ERP.
• Receives and responds to customer questions and complaints.
• Reviews orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forwards incomplete orders for further processing (ie: engineering needs, credit card, shipping quotes, or backorder).
• Works closely with Purchaser/Planner to confirm supply/demand and any backorders.
• Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments.
• Checks inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
• Recommends goods or services that will meet customers' needs.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office, Adobe, Office 365 and an ERP system, such as Oracle or MAS400.
• Excellent and accurate Data Entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-review
• Problem solving aptitudes, providing input in proper forum.
• Ability to prioritize workload
