As a Customer Service II Representative you will:

Provide service and support to customers, outside sales organization, sales management regarding shipment status, order entry, order follow up, customer returns, customer quality concerns, customer portal coordination and assist with general customer related issues and opportunities.

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $19.25/hr

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior OEM experience and experience working with Vendors
• Good communication as you will be coordinating information between multiple departments
• Computer Skills including but not limited too: MS Office Suites, Excel, Syteline and PowerPoint
• 2 years prior experience in a Customer Service Role
