Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Shift/Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: Negotiable Hourly Rate

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for accurately entering orders/data
  • Managing customer service issues, responding to order needs via phone, email, or through e-commerce as applicable. Email heavy role!
  • Works closely with Sales, Distribution, and Operations to receive customer orders and support all elements of fulfillment accurately and effectively.
  • Utilization of the company business system, preparation and processing of both sales and purchase orders as needed, generation and understanding of applicable Customs import/export requirements and documentation, generation of necessary shipping documentation, adherence to pertinent GMP requirements, and other tasks as determined by management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (A.S./A.A. degree or higher in business studies preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Understanding of ELISA assays preferred
  • Experience in GMP regulated organizations preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and electronically
  • SAGE ERP system, but any ERP experience would be great depth understanding and utilization of the organizations business system
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong experience with Customs imports and export requirements and documentation
  • Generation of applicable shipping documentation
