We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills to guide and support our clients (partners) in our industry-specific peer group. Success in this role is
  • Moderating accountability meetings with Pods. Each Pod has 8-10 partners.
  • Ensuring partners are prepared, attending, and actively participating in accountability meetings.
  • Ensuring partners are prepared, attending, and actively participating in quarterly meetings. (3 in-person and 1 virtual)
Responsibilities
  • Guide partners through one-on-one meetings to train on peer systems and processes
  • Set appropriate expectations for partners regarding peer and what success looks like in our program
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the program as it continues to scale
  • Familiarity with Kaseya product is a plus
  • Travel to quarterly meetings and network with partners in addition to providing logistical assistance (10%)
  • Encourage partners to understand the TruMethods framework. Leverage our library of video lessons and content. Also, drive attendance to webinars that will help partners grow their business.
Skills
  • Communication skills- presenting, teaching, customer service, scheduling, and general communication with partners and colleagues
  • Ability to summarize information and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner
  • Persistence and follow through
  • Knowledge of the MSP industry is helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Suite is helpful but not required
