Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative you will play a key role in assisting the team with administrative tasks and data management. This position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email inquiries.
- Update customer records, including address and account changes.
- Manage, track, and organize large quantities of documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding processes for new accounts.
- Support other team members with additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Work Environment: 100% onsite
- Office Location: The individual must be comfortable commuting to the current office in Arlington and the new office in Fort Worth when it opens in 2025.
- Dress Code: Business casual (no jeans, visible tattoos, or facial piercings).
