Cyber School Collective Task Training Developer

Position: Cyber School Collective Task Training Developer ​ Location: Fort Eisenhower, Georgia ​ Type: Full-time

Job Description: The Cyber School Collective Task Training Developer will be responsible for providing support for Cyber and EW related collective training products that affect the Cyber Branch. ​ The role will involve creating, modifying, and revising collective training tasks as part of the Universal Joint Task Lists (UJTL) and Combined Arms Training Strategy that provides collective tasks for Cyber Branch across the Army.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop training and training products IAW the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process, Army Learning Model (ALM) Principles, and all applicable regulations and SOPs (i.e., TRADOC REG 350-70 and all appendixes).
  • Conduct research to integrate and implement training concepts and strategies, to determine applicability of emerging educational technology or methods for improving Cyber School instruction, and to determine solutions to training problems and issues.
  • Conduct training analysis to determine training needs, requirements, and standards.
  • Work in a collaborative environment; work with other proponents, schools, institutions, or agencies - Government, DoD, USA, Industry, Academia, or Foreign Government - to identify and implement new information applicable to collective training.
  • Attend workshops, present at conferences, or assess training events as determined by the government.
  • Identify existing usable collective tasks in the TDC approved database system or Combined Arms Center Consolidated TDC approved database system of record and combines them with the newly developed collective tasks to develop the Unit Task Lists (UTLs).
  • Assist in the Mission Analysis (MA), Front End Analysis (FEA), CMS Express input (ATMS Development Tool), and Coordinating Draft (CD) review research to support of Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS).
  • Conduct research; identify needed collective tasks for inclusion in the UTLs.
  • Use TRADOC approved database system in support of the Collective Training Development process to ensure products are published to the Central Army Registry (CAR).
  • Develop and publish UTLs and or collective supporting tasks for all Cyber units.
  • Interpret current and emerging doctrine and technical manuals to develop collective training products that are doctrinally sound.
  • Conduct Unit Visits.
  • Develop and maintain all Cyber Warrior Training Support Packages (WTSP) required to support unit Command Post Exercises (CPX).
  • Analyze, Review, Revise, and Develop Mission Essential Task List (METL) and Mission Essential Tasks (MET) and Supporting Collective Tasks (SCT) for all Cyber and EW supported and supporting TDA and TOE organizations.
  • Review, create, revise, and maintain the Cyber and EW Training Event Matrix (TEM) products, as required to support development of Cyber and EW Training Strategies.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship is required. ​
  • Interim or fully adjudicated Top Secret (TS) Security clearance with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility is required. ​
  • Have a working knowledge in the Mission Essential Task List (METL), Mission Essential Task (MET), and collective task role in the training process and unit readiness reporting.
  • Have a working knowledge of Unit Training Products, the generation of Force Support for Unit Training Products, Universal Joint Unit Task List (UJUTL), and unit quality control process.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) process and the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) interface with Army processes and models.
  • Have knowledge of a Mission Training Plan (MTP) and Army Training and Evaluation Plan (ARTEP).
  • Have knowledge of the Training Event Matrix (TEM) development process to include Task sets, Training events, and Training iterations.
  • Have a working knowledge in the collective task design and development requirements.
  • Have a working knowledge of the CATS development and management process.
  • Have a working knowledge of Warrior Training Support Package (WTSP) design and development requirements.
  • Have a working knowledge in design and development of a drill.
  • Have a working knowledge of the relationship between Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Cyber and EW units.
  • Have a working knowledge in identifying the relationship between Military Intelligence (MI), United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), and Signal Command (SC) for Cyber and EW requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
