Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity/Part- time)
The Select Group is currently seeking a remote part-time Program Manager to assist in a transformative global project. We are looking for a Program/Project Manager with cybersecurity expertise and a track record of success in collaborating with external stakeholders and vendors on a global scale. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting initiative and witness the real-time deployment of cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in the global transportation sector. Join us and be a part of this transformative project! **This remote role will require 40 hours per week initially, gradually transitioning to 20 hours per week over the first few months. ** Candidates in CST or EST are highly preferred.

Program/Project Management skills:
  • PMP certification with demonstrated Program/Project Management expertise.
  • Proficiency in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Track record of success in managing large and complex global projects.
  • Extensive experience in both internal and external project management.
  • Proven ability to engage with clients effectively, possessing exceptional customer-facing skills across all levels.
  • Strong coordination skills, capable of collaborating with other principals from different countries and multiple project managers involved in various aspects of proect rollout.

Cybersecurity skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
  • Hands-on experience with products such as Workspace ONE, SentinelOne, and Zscaler technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical, business, and cybersecurity principles.


Responsibilities:
As a Technical Program/Project Manager, you will assist in transformative project within the global transportation sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure for endpoint deployment. Key aspects of the role include coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site-specific discovery, and implementing a robust Communications Plan. Providing regular updates to clients and consultants and ensuring a seamless transition to Day 2 operations are essential components of this role.
