As a member of our Data Analytics team, you will work directly with internal business lines to understand their needs and identify how analytical solutions or data science solutions could help deliver value for them. The mission of the Sr.Data Analyst is to successfully help bridge the gap between Context Insensitive Analytics & Context Enriched Analytics. You will take part of what it looks like to compile, organize, & use data to facilitate better decision mgmt. Heavy concentration will be placed on the workflow between exploration and taking action with use of our data. This role will provide opportunities for insights to be uncovered in patterns of behavior and relationships w/ our CRM & Sales data. This role will also offer a chance for high visibility across the enterprise. Influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating conclusions to cross-functional groups. The ability to work on several projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that can be actioned on is a key element of the role. The ideal Candidate should be able to analyze business data and provide insight, and or recommendations.

Key Job Responsibilities
Defines and steers implementation of processes and standards for Machine Learning tools, code, testing, and product deployment
Trains and mentors others with respect to Data Science/AI/Machine Learning techniques and tools, mathematical and statistical understanding of Machine Learning, and industry best practices for Data Science development and solutions
Develop and prepare new reports, dashboards, analysis, and presentations for all levels of management using multiple complex data sources.
Apply a broad range of basic to advanced modeling techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, heuristics, NLP, and deep learning to create actionable algorithms and predictive models that are actionable for the business.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and develop business requirements for new dashboards & analysis which would consolidate and analyze diverse sources to generate actionable insights.
Determine necessary data sets and develop/maintain SQL queries, scripts, and report packages. Develop and maintain models using Python and R.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as Spark SQL, PySpark, Theano, and TensorFlow.
Translate open-ended questions from internal teams into actionable data insights, tasks, and deliverables.
Possesses a strong adherence to established standard procedures, processes, QA, and SDLC documentation.
Proactively works on keeping up with the latest changes in the machine
learning/Big Data industry.
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) are required, as this position will be tasked with telling the story Using data driven presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of owning full lifecycle of Data Science projects/solutions.
0-2 years of enterprise data engineering/ETL experience
5+ years of enterprise data modeling experience
At least 2 years of experience with data governance
4+ years experience w/ using data to drive business insight & provide recommendations.
2+ years of experience within the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack or other BI tools
Experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS) required
Application of highly complex statistical methods (such as regression analysis, correlation, causation, etc.)
Experience with data science methods related to data architecture, data munging, data and feature engineering, and predictive analytics
Experience with data de-identification and synthetic data
Requires the ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of external and/or internal leadership.
