  • The Data Analyst supports Digital Technology Service Management (DTSM), interprets data, and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve DT, thus affecting DT decisions. They also gather information primarily from ServiceNow and interpret patterns and trends to Leadership.
  • Collaborate to design and develop schemas and data acquisition, transformations, and data integration
  • Develop and utilize software to interface big data and relational solutions
  • Design and implement solutions for metadata, data quality, privacy management
  • Consult with process owners on data-artifacts generated and how to build-in artifacts which will support the measurement and optimization of the process
  • Support and consult with the development staff
  • Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish DT needs
  • Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and tends within the data sets
  • Communicating notable data and results to leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a business analyst in large scale, complex enterprise systems
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
  • Ability to translate DT requirements into non-technical, lay terms
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Understanding of KPI/Goal Settings from teams to large organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in handling data sets and relational databases
  • Understanding of ServiceNow integrated and process-based framework to handle IT services including: ServiceDesk, Incident, Major Incident, Field Services, Change Request, Problem Management, Catalog/Request, Field Services, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Demand and Story management, Visual Task Boards, etc.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding tools
  • Understanding of Python
  • Understanding of IT Operations management, and airline industry metrics


Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
