A Premier oil and gas client in the Houston area is Looking for a Process Data Analyst to join the team. They need a problem solver who will automate existing manual process data analysis and data workflows to drive key innovation and production performance improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with process data software and historians, specifically OSI PI (DataLink, Manual Logger, Vision, Universal File Loader, System Explorer)

Experience with compiling and cleansing datasets from multiple data sources

Strong fundamental understanding of statistical principles and techniques. Knowledge of typical database structure/design

Experience analyzing process data using Seeq and Seeq Datalab

Capability of building and scaling analysis across asset base, potentially through the development and use of Python scripts to automate data analysis tasks

Develop and deploy automated reporting of process metrics and deviations in reports and dashboards.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BS in a quantitative field (Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics)

Strong understanding of time-series data and mathematics;

Familiarity with machine learning techniques would be a plus.

Familiarity with advanced data modelling techniques (regression, decision trees, kNN, etc.).
