Data Analyst

Pay rate range: $58/hr. to $60/hr. on w2.

Schedule: 4 days onsite + 1day WFH- Plano TX

Role & Responsibilities
• Support crafting analysis, actions, and messaging for Installed Base/Upgrade/switching/churn analysis
- Triangulation and validation of large data sets from various data sources to analyze installed base, loyalty and switching trend not only for client but also competitors
- Analyze eco device ownership trend
- Driving action from insights, progressing a strategic recommendation into real execution

• Support Smartphone TAM forecast process
- Identify and analyze the critical trends that could affect market demand including macro economics
- Analyze Historical TAM data to identify the changes in trend (Internal data) by accounts
- Competitor sensing: Major launches - launch schedule, pricing, line-up, Sell-Out sensing, Major changes on promotions and strategies (External data)
- Channel sensing: Major changes on promotions and strategies (Internal/External data)
• Support in responding ad-hoc requests
• Identify and improve the inefficient workflow processes

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Required; preferably in business, finance, economics or statistics.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, product management, marketing, business analytics, business planning, and strategy development is preferred
• Experience in mobile/telecom industry is highly desired
• 5+ years experience

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
• Strong agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau.
• Work independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives and personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
• The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.
