Data Center Network Engineer

Insight Global is hiring a Data Center Network Engineer for one of its leading technology services clients. In this role, the Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data center networks to ensure they are optimized and functioning efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and manage network infrastructure. This role requires extensive travel to different sites nationwide, often for weeks at a time, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience as a Cisco Network Engineer
Previous experience working in a data center or comparable lab environment
Exposure to Cisco IOS XR
Strong technical writing background and ability to develop, follow and improve methods of procedure documentation
Willingness to travel data centers nationwide, often for weeks at a time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CCNA, CCIE or equivalent certifications
Exposure to Cisco 8000 (Spitfire)
