Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Engineer to work with a large automotive provider within their Data Center's across the US. Working directly with the deployment and operations of CPU's, GPU's, PDU's, and networking withing the data center. This resource will need to have the ability to step up and take ownership of complex tasks until completion. Preferably coming from a background with large scale data centers, and experience working with remote systems. This resource will be responsible for being onsite to assist teams in recovery operations under SEVs and submit RMAs to manufacture for replacements. Candidates need to be able to work on networking equipment, servers, GPU's, etc. and understand how concept meets reality.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with racking and stacking a large inventory of servers, switches and PDUs
Experience with Windows operating systems; specific understanding of minimum configurations
Previous experience with VMware ESX for running virtual machines
Understand key components of RAID

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pay rate: $65.50

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
