HOW A DATA SCIENTIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Work with AI/ML Solutions Expert and Architect to develop strategy and roadmap for RDS.
- Collaberate with Operational areas and CMS to devise solutions for gaining user insights, assuring compliance, and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze inquiries and emails to identify patterns and trends
- Maintain and enhance existing NLP models
- Analyze large data sets to propose data driven trend analysis and studies
- Expand data lake with structured and non-structured data
- Utilizes advanced tools to interpret, connect, predict, and make discoveries in data.
- Evaluates the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques.
- May use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, efficiencies, process improvements, and other business outcomes.
- May develop processes and machine learning based tools to monitor and analyze model and performance and data accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor of Science
- 2+ years of related experience in Data Analysis, AI/ML. or computational linguistics. Masters degree in related field may substitute for 2yrs of experience.
- Required Technical Skills: NLP, knowledge of AI/ML, classification\
- Required Skills and Abilities: strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
- Code versioning, Python
