Data Scientist

Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring a Data Scientist specializing in pre-authorization automation. Their key responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models. These models will automate pre-authorization decisions for patient medications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate predictive models, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Their work will be evidence-based, relying on historical data analysis. This role is ideally hybrid in NYC.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience as a Data Scientist (3-5 years_
- Experience using Python
- Experience using SQL

- Experience with GCP
- Experience with Healthcare data
- Experience with GenAI tools, ideally OpenSource
