*** The job is on-site. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of 2850 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016

*** We can consider only US citizens, GC holders or EAD holders that can work directly on W2 payroll - no C2C with 3rd parties

*** 3 positions available for different shifts

#1 first shift hours are : 5 days x Monday - Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Mountain Time

#2 second shift hours are : 5 days x Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Mountain Time

#3 weekend shift hours are : 4 days x Friday 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Saturday/Sunday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

DataCenter Operations Support Engineer :

- Candidate will join a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of corporate IT systems and infrastructure. This position is ideal for recent college graduates looking to kickstart their IT career in the field of site reliability engineering.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal operational and performance levels
- Participate in rotational on-call responsibilities
- Analyze metrics and logs to assist in performance tuning, fault finding, and resolution
- Contribute to the creation of sustainable systems and services through automation, process enhancement, and tool development
- Assist in building automation to streamline IT operations and minimize manual tasks
- Work closely with application and infrastructure support engineers and operations teams
- Engage in post-incident reviews to drive improvements and prevent recurrence

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, etc
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with server administration (Linux, Windows) and troubleshooting in Linux and Windows environments, scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, various unix shells)
- Understanding of network protocols and Network+ Certification
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, TrueSight, Jira, and Confluence
