Akkodis is looking for a Dealer Support Representative for our client located in Vista, CA. This individual will be responsible for managing assigned dealer accounts with a focus on offering exceptional customer service while working with a team of other Dealer Support Representatives to achieve monthly shipment goals. Previous Customer Support experience and knowledge of Word and Excel are required.

Pay Range: $20/hr-$24/hr

Responsibilities

• Frequently handle multiple tasks such as processing return authorizations per company policy, assisting dealers and customers with part number requests, and preparing export documentation.
• You will be working closely with customers through a relationship-based approach to assist them with orders, other product requests, and promoting our client's products. You'll also work to resolve any customer issues by using strong problem-solving skills in an expedited manner.
• This position requires you to work both independently and within a strong team environment to achieve results.
• You will work and coordinate with several other departments to prepare dealer and customer orders for shipment per the company's guidelines.
• In addition to responding to customer calls and emails, you will also maintain records of order statuses and changes as well as reconcile invoices and sales orders to ensure they are correct.
• Be able to suggest how to implement changes that can increase the efficiency of the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field is a plus.
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience in account management, training, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks successfully.
• Basic proficiency level in MS Office applications such Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette with the ability to articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment, are required to be successful in this position.
