Position Overview: Pro Shop is looking for a talented and creative Designer focused on E-
commerce and Social Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background with
a passion for creating visually compelling content that enhances our online shopping experience
and digital brand presense. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of
design trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into engaging visuals for both website,
social and other various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Design:
○ Design and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly product pages, landing
pages, and other website elements.
○ Create graphics, banners, and promotional materials for the e-commerce platform.
○ Collaborate with the web development team to ensure designs are implemented
accurately and effectively.
• Social Media Marketing:
○ Develop creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, etc.
○ Design graphics, infographics, and visual assets that align with brand identity and
marketing campaigns.
○ Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and shareable social
media posts.
• Email Marketing:
○ Design visually compelling email templates and graphics for email marketing
campaigns.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content is on-brand and
effectively communicates the intended message.
○ Continuously improve email design based on performance metrics and user
feedback.
• Brand Consistency:
○ Ensure all design work is consistent with the individual brand's visual identity.
○ Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates for use across
various platforms.
• Creative Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to understand
design needs and project requirements.
○ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance
marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.
○ Provide design support for other marketing materials as needed, including print
and digital collateral.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a designer, preferably in e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for golf and familiarity with golf culture is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000, depending on experience
and qualifications.
