A rapidly growing retail company is hiring for a Desktop Support Specialist on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah. As the Desktop Support Specialist, your responsibility is to provide technical support to this facility and on a global scale. The day to day includes: Working with associates, assisting with tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, communicating with vendors, supporting networking issues etc. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, experience supporting a large scale facility is required.

This role is requiring 5 days onsite at their Salt Lake City, Utah office. 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
