Job Summary/Basic Function

This part-time job is a great introduction to the technical field! Duties include computer desktop support, system monitoring, and a wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks.

Job training will be provided, so no previous technical experience is required.

Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shift schedules are flexible to work around class schedules, but we are seeking an applicant that can work during a portion of our core hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-F). Preference will be given to candidates able to work between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM during summer semester.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer past customer service experience and computer troubleshooting skills
