Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting and managing simple and complex technical issues.
  • Support market projects and new implementations under the guidance of the Sr. Desktop Support Technician and Desktop Systems Engineer.
  • All standard support will be traced and logged in the approved ticketing system and projects will be documented based on the requirements of the project.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • Associates' degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training. Years of experience in lieu of education (Management Discretion).
  • CompTIA Certifications
  • Two (2) years' experience working with Microsoft operating systems and applications (ex. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Successful work experience restoring PC hardware / software to a functional level
  • Successful work experience handling ticket assignment
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting on Desktop, Laptop and Printers

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • (A+, Network+, security+, MCP, etc) or equivalent Certification
