Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to work for a client local to San Antonio. This role will be on site at the headquarters. Candidate will be responsible for all tier 2 and 3 support for the client, working on troubleshooting internal issues. Must be professional and have strong communication as they will be working with C-Level executives. Resource will be joining a team of 4, and some day-to-day tasks will be troubleshooting issues within the client's system which is Microsoft Dynamics. Majority of this role will be hands-on support helping various internal employees that sit at HQ with their laptops, desktops, printers, connection issues, setting up Logitech, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of professional experience in desktop support, specifically hands on troubleshooting.
- Experience and/or exposure with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Must have strong communication and experience troubleshooting issues for C-Level Executives.
