Job Summary

Technical Skills: Service Desk / Helpdesk.

Technical Skills: Desktop Support (Windows & Mac OS) and MDM.
Roles/Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance at walkup support locations, over the phone, remote connection software, chat, and email.
• Flexible, able to multitask, and prioritize reported issues.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to users seeking problem resolution.
• Perform remote solve through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Deliver accurate information on IT products or services.

Job Location

Primary: Austin - TX USA
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $50,500 - $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
