Job Description:

The DevOps Engineer performs advanced work related to the creation, enhancement and troubleshooting the CI/CD deployments for the TEA CRM solution. Work involves analyzing the deployment requirements, procedures, and problems to automate build and deployment workflow. This position will work with the DevOps team to develop and maintain a CI/CD and monitoring solution for CRM apps. Responsibilities include:

1) Review and provide insight into updating the existing DevOps Architecture and provide recommendation, get buy-in and implement the updates to support deployments for all apps under the CRM framework.
2) Validate existing DevOps strategy and tool set and provide recommendations to enhance tool set based on industry standards
3) Automate DevOps deployments Requests in JIRA
4) Administer and manage DevSecOps tool-set
5) Evaluate and recommend system and process improvements;
6) Assist with implementation of new technologies and/or technology upgrades related to the DevOps process
7) Monitor application health and performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace or SolarWinds

The CRM group supports and facilitates the implementation of all apps/projects in the CRM framework.

Required Skills:

• 7 Years of experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines
• 7 Years of experience in Scripting tools such as PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, Groovy
• 7 years of experience in application Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira, Source code management tools such Git, Bitbucket
• 5 years of experience in Software development and deployment experience for apps using .NET/.NET Core/Java, NodeJS and SQL/Oracle
• 3 years of experience in Container (Docker) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Nomad), container registries (Docker Hub)

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of experience in automating deployments for Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• 2 years of experience in performing container deployments
• 1 year of experience with Jira preferred
• 1 year of experience in Previous state
