DevOps Engineer IV

Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a DevOps Engineer IV to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer IV, you will be part of the Private Cloud Group supporting Data Visualization and Automation Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DevOps Engineer IV - VMware and Grafana
Location: Denver Tech Center - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Range: $70-$75/hr

What's the Job?

Extract and integrate data from VMware into InfluxDB and Grafana to support various data visualization and reporting needs.

Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards that provide valuable insights and improve data visualization.

Develop and implement automation solutions for tasks within VMware, focusing on data enrichment to enhance reporting accuracy.

Recreate and improve existing reports to provide better visualization and meaningful data insights.

Collaborate with the team to update metadata tags in VMware, ensuring accurate and useful data for reporting.

What's Needed?

Extensive experience in DevOps with a focus on VMware and Grafana.

Proven track record of extracting data from VMware to build comprehensive right-sizing reports.

Strong skills in building automation solutions to update metadata and enhance data visualization.

Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards using Grafana for insightful data analysis.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
