DevOps Engineer - Secret Clearance

*Active Secret Clearance or TS needed for consideration*

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mid Level DevOps Engineer to support USSOCOM located Macdill AFB in Tampa, FL. The DevOps Engineer will work to deliver flexible and efficient operations for Special Operations Forces (SOF) Units. This is a HYBRID position. Active Secret Clearance needed for consideration - will be upgraded to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities:

• Solid technical foundation with a strong grasp of core IT principles.
• Demonstrable experience and skills in Cloud DevOps, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Practical experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, or GKE.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or alike field
• 4-6 years of DevOps related experience
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Active Secret Clearance - TS preferred

Compensation:

• $115,000 - $135,000 *depending on experience*
