Sr. DevOps Engineer

*Active Secret Clearance or Top Secret needed for consideration*

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support USSOCOM in Tampa, FL . The Sr. DevOps Engineer will work to deliver flexible and efficient operations for Special Operations Forces (SOF) Units. This is a HYBRID position in a highly classified program. Active Secret Clearance needed for consideration - will be upgraded to TS.

Responsibilities:

• Solid technical foundation with a strong grasp of core IT principles.
• Demonstrable experience and skills in Cloud DevOps, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Practical experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, or GKE.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or alike field
• 6+ years of experience for Senior level
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Active Secret Clearance - TS preferred

Compensation:

• $140,000 - $165,000 *depending on experience*
