Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join their team! As a Marketing Data Analyst specializing in digital marketing, youll play a crucial role within our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility involves analyzing and interpreting digital marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing outcomes. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics and digital marketing systems, youll extract actionable insights from complex datasets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PowerBI, SQL, and BigQuery, with experience in audience development and integration support for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker (Enterprise), and PowerBI. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of digital marketing analytics and broader data management practices, interfacing with other strategic business units. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field
3 or more years of digital marketing analytics experience
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) (PowerBI language)
Proficiency in PowerBI/Looker Studio/Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
Strong SQL skills, for data querying, manipulation, and extraction
Experience with Server-Side Tag Management
Proficiency in BigQuery for data storage, management, and analysis
Experience in Customer Data Modeling and Integration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud - major part of the future for them

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Looker Studio and audience development
Familiarity with advertising platforms and leveraging first-party data for improving ad performance
Experience developing pipelines and integrations to ingest, automate and export data
Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7
