Digital Operations Specialist

Our client in the medical device industry is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Experience team supporting Digital and Social Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Arden Hills, MN and/or Maple Grove, MN)

Pay Range: $33.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.
• Provide consistent progress updates and flag any potential delays to keep timelines on track.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
• Manage the creation and testing of campaign tracking codes (UTMs) for digital assets.
• Manage the process of requesting purchase orders (POs), ensuring they are opened on time and verifying that vendors invoice the correct amounts at the right time.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or a related role, with strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Self-starter ability to work independently.
• A minimum of three days a week in-office attendance is required.
