The Director of Nursing (DON) (Registered Nurse / RN) will lead and oversee our Nursing Department. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. You will perform a range of duties, including maintaining the Nursing Department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
