SUMMARY

The Director of Pharmacy Business Operations reports to the Vice President of Pharmacy & Nutrition and oversees all Finance and Budgetary components of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Departments. The Director will oversee the 340B Program, contracts, budget preparation and management, requisition management, while also completing Pro Formas, technology assessments, and Return on Investments (ROIs) as needed. The Director will work closely with and serve as a liaison to Grady's Health system's Finance team and will attend any functions necessary or requested by the Finance Team. The incumbent will work with clinical and non-clinical staff members to optimize operational and cost efficiencies wherever possible. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment as it relates to health care reimbursement and compliance, and contract management.

QUALIFICATIONS

BS/MS with a concentration in Accounting, Business, or finance desirable.

CFA preferred but not required
