As the Director of Product Management for Capacity and Tooling, you will be a key leader in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management across the organization. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for capacity and tooling solutions, and will be responsible for leading a team of product managers to deliver exceptional products and experiences to our users.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that optimize resource allocation, streamline workflows, and ensure the scalability of resource management solutions. By consolidating tooling and driving adoption of a unified system, you will eliminate manual processes, reduce fragmentation, and enhance overall efficiency. By leading the Capacity and Tooling product team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization has the resources it needs to achieve its strategic goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy for capacity and tooling solutions, aligning with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Advocate the adoption of a single, automated system for end-to-end resource management, eliminating manual processes and fragmented tooling.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful development, launch, and adoption of capacity and tooling products.
  • Track and analyze product performance and efficiency metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve user experience and drive business value.
