We are partnered with a high-profile entertainment firm seeking a Director, Strategy & Analytics. The position is hybrid with 3 days in office in West LA.

Responsibilities:

• Refine and develop scalable systems that drive satisfaction
• Partner with accounting and finance team to drive strategic initiatives
• Partner with SVP to build and deploy strategy and development
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and communication channels to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build relationships with cross functional leadership
• Provide data analysis
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to direct reports
• Support corporate finance teams including accounting, finance, and tax

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or tax
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
• CPA or MBA
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
