The Marketplace Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for leading business planning, insights, and new initiatives across Seller Performance, Support, and Risk organizations to achieve key objectives . The ideal candidate will build and lead a new team dedicated to the development and execution of business planning and priorities though providing strategic analyses and program support.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Directly manages team members including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people

• 
  M anages teams indirectly across client organizations

• 
  Partners with cross-functional leaders to maintain a strong understanding of key business drivers, processes, priorities, and future strategic direction.

• 
  Leads the preparation of business metrics and forecasts, including quantification of key initiatives and opportunities.

• 
  Performs analyses of data to drive business insight and delivers presentations to drive understanding across teams.

• 
  Participates in annual and long - range strategic planning for the business.

Role Qualifications:

• 
  2-3 years of supervisory experience

• 
  Advanced understanding of SQL and working with large datasets, high proficiency with Excel based data analyses

• 
  Strong understanding of strategic frameworks, problem-solving and analytical skills, including advanced modeling; comfortable working with ambiguity

• 
  Ability to collect, sanitize, analyze, and synthesize data; apply critical thinking & communications skills to make actionable recommendations; and drive those recommendations through to execution

• 
  Ability to lead cross functional teams and prior experience working with Product and Technology teams

• 
  Clear, confident communicator who loves taking a complicated problem, decomposing it, and building a compelling business case

• 
  Collaborative, team player focused on partnering with others to drive business goals

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
