As a rapidly growing small business thriving as a direct marketer in the tax and accounting industry, the UX Designer / Technical Product Manager must have technical product management skills. You will work with stakeholders to define and document revenue enhancement and other requirements for developing company websites. You will also provide work direction to appropriate parties for such development and create wireframes or designs on new projects.

- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar wireframing tools
- Experience tracking work in Jira or a similar ticket system
- Experience with Stripe/Braintree, ActiveCampaign, Intercom a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage and prioritize various projects at once
- Ability to communicate advanced technical issues cross-functionally
Your duties as the UX Designer / Technical Product Manager will include:
- Analyze and Improve UX: Continuously evaluate and enhance the user experience on existing applications.
- Document Systems & Requirements: Understand internal systems, document application flow, and define project requirements with stakeholders.
- Prioritize & Coordinate Projects: Assist in project estimation, prioritization, and coordinating the design and performance improvements.
- Manage Website Procedures & Accountability: Identify procedures for website management, working with developers to assign roles and ensure accountability.
- Provide Technical Expertise & Support: Serve as the go-to expert on third-party tools and offer internal training and technical support.
