The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Office of Legal Services (OLS) is seeking a permanent, full time Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA), or Staff Services Analyst (SSA), to join the OLS team. The E-discovery Administrative Analyst acts as a centralized administrator for e-discovery software systems, such as Relativity. The incumbent performs a broad range of technical, analytical, and other legal support duties for the OLS.

In this fast paced and dynamic environment, the incumbent performs essential functions in support of office-wide technology systems. E-discovery software experience is beneficial but not required .

Working Conditions
This position is located in the heart of downtown Sacramento, at 1501 Capitol Avenue, within walking distance to the CA State Capitol Park, several restaurants, farmers markets, community events, and public transportation.

This position requires extensive use of a desktop/laptop computer, computer monitor, mouse, keyboard, and telephone throughout the day. Persons appointed to this position may be reasonably expected to sit and/or stand for a long duration.

This position may participate in part time (office centered) telework in accordance with DHCS Telework guidelines.

Telework Information
This position may be eligible for telework up to two days per week and is required to report in-person and site-based a minimum of three days per week.
