Job Description
Summary:

Assists in conducting or facilitating general and specific training programs for organization employees. Assists in selecting training aids. Assists in preparing lesson plans relevant to training material. Assists with analysis of course evaluations and suggests improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Follows compliance program, is sensitive to ethical and compliance issues and appropriately address such issues

• Uses supplies and equipment in an appropriate manner
• Is accountable for the supplies and equipment assigned to work unit
• Seeks ways to reduce costs or improve supply utilization
• Focuses on positive conversations, which are constructive or supportive to the individual addressed, and/or to the department/health system
• Demonstrates pride in CHRISTUS and communicates a sense of ownership in a positive supportive manner
• Manages events or needs effectively within role expectation and organizational norms
• Uses Supplies and equipment in an appropriate manner and is accountable for supplies and equipment assigned to work area Instructs on or develops new procedures
• Follows correct procedure and demonstrates knowledge of equipment use
