Description
Leidos' Health Solutions Organization is currently seeking an experienced EHR Training Project Manager in support of the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM). This highly visible program is designed to deploy, operate, and sustain a new electronic health record to the military health system. While every healthcare system is addressing quality, user experience and cost, the MHS GENESIS program has the added challenge of delivering these objectives within the DOD security environment, at the DOD's global scale, all while supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)'s vision of a medically ready force ─ which is essential to our national defense.
The EHR Training Project Manager will be responsible for managing, execution, ongoing tracking, and reporting of a wide variety of training efforts to include analysis and identification of training gaps, revision of existing content and design plan for new content, and development of training artifacts and delivery. Project Management skills needed include defining scope and discussions, planning and resource allocation and management, establishing and tracking timelines, and preparation/presentation for client and internal meetings.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project management across assigned projects including project plan, resource allocations, scope compliance, day to day oversight and management
- Plan for and oversee impact and gap analysis, to determine training artifacts that need to be revised and created
- Develop plan for completing the work, to include the creation of new templates for eLearning and instructor-led training
- Create and manage timelines
- Identify resources, coordinate and oversee progress
- Allocate and track budgeted hours to assigned resources
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Serve as primary POC for client, internal Leadership, and resources assigned to work on scope and status
- Leads sessions and meetings with client, vendors, and internal Leadership and resources
- Create presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Identify, describe and document challenges and identify solutions
Basic Qualifications
- BS degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Confident in public speaking and verbal communications
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with attention to details
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of, and demonstrated ability to manage the following:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Work under aggressive timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI PMP or ITIL certification
- Instructional Design, Content Development Experience
- Prior consulting experience with large-scale Enterprise level and/or government projects
- Experience with Cerner EHR capabilities
