Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) for the Examination Unit within the Human Resources Office, the Personnel Technician I (PT I) performs technical personnel tasks in support of recruitment efforts undertaken by Divisions and programs throughout the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The PT I will provide assistance to the C&P team by creating and maintaining job postings; ordering, coding, and clearing of certification lists; and releasing job applications to hiring managers utilizing the Exam and Online Cert System (ECOS).

Department Information
The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) was established in 1927. DIR administers and enforces laws governing wages, workplace safety and health, apprenticeship training programs, and medical care and other benefits for injured workers.
