Do you thrive working in a fast-paced, office environment and want to support the mission of the Department of Fish and Wildlife? Join the Northern Region's Administrative Services team and contribute to the management of California's diverse fish, wildlife and plant resources for their use and enjoyment by the public. Under the direction of the Administrative Officer I, the incumbent will provide support by processing purchase requests and invoices for the Northern Region. The incumbent will also coordinate telecommunication requests including cell phones and land lines and will provide customer service at the front reception counter.

Working Conditions
Work typically takes place in an office setting. Daily, frequent use of computers, phones, and scanners. Long periods of time sitting or standing at a computer. Occasional travel for meetings or training classes may be required but is not currently anticipated. Travel requires the use of a State vehicle. A current and valid Driver's License is required to drive a State vehicle.
This position is eligible for office-centric telework and is generally expected to be in the office at least three days per week.
