Job Description:
Provide phone and email-based Helpdesk support for over 900 statewide Early Steps users and RPICC users. This component includes triaging complex requests and issues.
Assist the Early Steps team with data entry and extraction, along with generating customized customer requested reports. This also entails participating in quality improvement.
Perform the billing process and submit reports on time.
Perform user account management for statewide users.
Create and update documentation related to the next build version of the Early Steps Data System.
Guide users on how to use the system and ask detailed questions while troubleshooting with the users
Prepare and assemble monthly and quarterly Early Steps deliverable reports in a timely manner and ensure that they meet contract standards.
Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Expected Salary:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.

- Excellent customer service along with excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Ability to organize and maintain accurate files and data.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to triage phone calls, take accurate messages and page physicians as needed.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. i.e. Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform basic Structured Query Language (SQL) SELECT queries for Tier One custom reports.
